ONLINE SOMATIC RE-MEMBERING & GATHERING

This is a weekly class to enter into our parasympathetic nervous systems! Here is the outline:
(1) Arrival, guidelines, and somatic check-in
(2) Alexia guides us through standing, walking, and/or lying down practices (e.g., small dance, standing meditation, Bartenieff Fundamentlas, Agitating the Mass, etc.)
(3) Concluding individual and shared reflections
You are invited to join in whichever parts of the practice feel good and safe enough for you, and you are invited to make any adaptation for yourself. Even if you just need to lie on a bed or couch and share our somatic company, that is welcome. Additionally, you can have your camera on or off, based on your needs, comfort, and sense of safety.
